The unit consists of two machines:

1. The Gel-Pak Production Unit, for mixing the gel polymer and water to create the Gel-Paks; and
2. The Impulse Sealer, for sealing the Gel-Paks ready for use.

Gel-Pak Production Unit

• Capable of producing 200 bags (1kg) per hour or approximately 2 tonnes per day
• Can produce Gel-Paks ranging from 100 grams to 3kgs
• Simple, easy to use timer controls for gel polymer and water flow
• Stainless steel and plastic construction which offers protection from corrosion for the life of the machine

The unit is shipped ready for table-top use and requires only a connection to water supply via a standard garden hose (not included).
